Due to growth and demand, we've got too many new student drivers needing Training and experience! We're seeking drivers with clean MRV and  tractor-trailer experience to teach our new generation of Drivers. Driver trainer need at least 6 months Class CDL experience and be at least 25 years old at time of hire.

• Sign on Bonus $500 paid at pick up of 1st student
• Out 3-4 weeks then home 3-4 days for your reset
• Upgrade/1st dispatch $250 paid to mentor at 1st dispatch of upgraded student
• $1750-$2200 per week gross pay
• 10k Safe Miles - $500 paid to mentor after student successfully reaches 10k safe miles
• 20k Safe Miles - $300 paid to mentor after student successfully reaches 20k safe miles
• Training CPM - .10 cpm extra paid too
• Weekly performance pay extra .04 cpm paid week
• Consistent freight
