Position Highlights:

• Home daily most of the time, with occasional overnight stays due to traffic, service delays, or extended routes
• No-touch container freight
• Primarily drop-and-hook freight with some live unload deliveries
• Average 1,700 miles per week
• Combination of mileage and hourly pay opportunities
• Modern Kenworth T680 and Freightliner Cascadia automatic tractors
• Slip-seat operation
• Dedicated port and regional customer deliveries

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of recent container or tanker experience within the last 3 years
• TWIC card required (reimbursement available)
• Comfortable with overnight driving, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to run all assigned lanes and adapt to schedule changes
• Strong safety record and commitment to customer service
• No pets, passengers, or smoking in equipment

Pay & Benefits:

• Average weekly earnings: $1,500-$1,600
• Average annual earnings: $85,000
• $1,500 weekly guaranteed pay during the first 30 days (must be available for full dispatch schedule)
• Hourly pay starting at $26/hour with annual increases up to $29/hour
• Additional pay for drop-and-hooks, stops, live loads/unloads, and detention
• $500 transition bonus

• Paid training with a driver trainer before solo operation
