Due to growth and demand, we've got too many new student drivers needing Training and experience! We're seeking drivers with clean MRV and  tractor-trailer experience to teach our new generation of Drivers.

• Sign on Bonus $500 paid at pick up of 1st student
• Pick-up bonus $250 paid at pick of each student
• Upgrade/1st dispatch $250 paid to mentor at 1st dispatch of upgraded student
• 10k Safe Miles - $500 paid to mentor after student successfully reaches 10k safe miles
• 20k Safe Miles - $300 paid to mentor after student successfully reaches 20k safe miles
• Training CPM - .10 com extra paid for company and PCC drivers
• Weekly performance pay extra .04 cpm paid weekly
