DLM Pro

We are seeking a driver (vehicle operator) to support advanced vehicle operations, testing, and deployment activities. This role is ideal for safety-focused professionals who enjoy driving, working with technology, and contributing to the growth of innovative transportation solutions.

Operators play a critical role in vehicle readiness, data collection, operational support, and collaboration with engineering and operations teams. This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge vehicle technology while supporting the expansion of a rapidly growing program.

Compensation & Benefits

✅ Competitive hourly pay $25 per hour

✅ Full-time hours

✅ Weekend shift differential of +5%

✅ Additional pay available for eligible night shifts

✅ Weekend night shifts may qualify for the highest available differential

Job Details

✅ Support daily vehicle operations

✅ Drive vehicles 4–8 hours per day

✅ Perform basic software and hardware operational tasks

✅ Assist with field missions inside and outside vehicles

✅ Track operational metrics and complete documentation

✅ Provide written and verbal feedback to engineering and operations teams

✅ Support vehicle logistics, maintenance, and readiness

✅ Conduct preventative maintenance inspections

✅ Perform basic vehicle repairs and troubleshooting

✅ Assist with vehicle movement, storage, and equipment management

✅ Maintain vehicle cleanliness and workplace organization

✅ Complete vehicle readiness and operational paperwork

Available Shifts

Day Shift

✅ 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM

Night Shift

✅ 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM

Schedule Options

✅ Wednesday – Sunday

✅ Thursday – Monday

✅ Friday – Tuesday

✅ Saturday – Wednesday

✅ Tuesday – Saturday 

Training

✅ 2–4 days of paid training

✅ Conducted at an out-of-state training location

✅ Travel and hotel accommodations provided

✅ No out-of-pocket travel expenses

Requirements

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

✅ Strong driving record

✅ Ability to drive for extended periods

✅ Basic technology and troubleshooting skills

✅ Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

✅ Bachelor's degree

✅ Technical education or equivalent experience

✅ Military experience

✅ Vehicle operations experience
