Solo | Dry Van | No-Touch Freight
This position is built for drivers who prefer long, efficient road time followed by a full week at home. The schedule runs 21 consecutive days on the road, then 7 full days off, allowing drivers to maximize miles while still getting real, uninterrupted home time.
Earnings
Drivers in this fleet typically earn $90,000 or more per year, with consistent weekly pay based on practical miles. Drivers with 30+ months of experience can earn up to $0.70 per mile, with additional premium pay available when hauling placarded Hazmat (which represents a very small portion of the freight).
Time Off & Travel Home
After each 21-day run, drivers receive 7 consecutive days off. For time off, trucks are parked at a terminal. The company will pay for airfare home and back, or reimburse fuel for drivers who prefer to drive home from the Columbus terminal and live east of I-35.

Bonuses & Extra Pay
Sign-on bonus up to $1,475
Safety bonuses paid every 90 days:
CSA bonus up to $875
On-road safety bonus up to $600
Additional $600 available after 30 days with qualifying safety
Detention pay after one hour
Annual longevity bonus
Stop-off and accessorial pay when applicable
Benefits & Equipment
Drivers receive weekly pay, PTO earned by miles, health and dental insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. Equipment includes assigned late-model automatic tractors equipped with inverters, refrigerators, microwaves, TVs, bunk heaters, and modern safety and tracking systems. Rider program available.
Driver Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
At least 12 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
6 months acceptable with team option
Clean driving record
Must meet DOT physical and drug screening requirements
